WHO RIPPED IT??

So I was checking my inbox the other day and I noticed Fab decided to freestyle over "Let the beat build" track off of Lil Wayne's "Carter III"...It made me compare this to version Cam did awhile back...So what do you think WHO RIPPED IT??
