This Cartoon is generating a lot of publicity!!! Apparently this Chimp is supposed to reference to President Obama!!!
New York being one of the largest media cities in the world should only caution them to allow images like this to be displayed...I'm am shocked and a upset at the image and how disrespectful it is.
